SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All items from ORNA - FINE DESIGN are made to order at our studio. Therefore, please allow us 5-10 business days, before shipping your purchase. Shipping will occur, only after the payment has been received.

Shipping domestic orders within Israel, with registered mail, can take 3-7 business days after your order has been placed - Shipping domestic is free. If courier service is preferred, it usually takes up to 3 business days - $15.

Shipping to the U.S/Hong Kong/Australia, can take 1-2 weeks.

Shipping to Europe, or anywhere else in the world can take 1-3 weeks.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

EMS/DHL - worldwide courier service, usually delivered within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed - $40.

You will be provided with a tracking number, once the package is shipped. Shipping times are estimated and delay by post, custom, holiday or other reasons, may occur. We also will follow the tracking number, to make sure the package arrives to you on time.

If you have not received the package within 30 days, please contact us and we will try to solve the shipping problem.

Please note, that the buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you will love the designs you buy from us, but if something isn't as you thought, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to info@orna.design within 7 days of receiving the items.

If you wish to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Sale items must be returned within 3 days of receiving them.

We will give you a full refund by Paypal or to the credit/debit card you used for your purchase, not including shipping costs and 5% cancellation fee.

We ask that items are returned in their original condition, clean, unworn, undamaged and have all their tags on and packaging included. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach our studio. Use the shipping service of your choice and at your expense.

Please provide us with a tracking number, so we can follow your package. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. Please allow 3 to 7 business days, for your return to be processed.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
